Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage provides a calm experience, focused on soothing the body and mind. We use gentle strokes and techniques to induce a state of relaxation, relieve stress and tension in the body, improve circulation and provide a refreshed sense of wellbeing.
Post Partum Massage
Post partum massage is a healing practice tailored to nurture new mothers through their post partum journey. From the comfort of your own home, we can help ease physical discomfort, reduce muscle tension and support the emotional well-being and recovery of mothers. About us
Coastal Remedial Massage was born out of a passion for helping people to feel good in their body. We believe in the power of healing and rejuvenation for all, tailoring each session to your unique needs, be that relieving muscle tension, managing pain, promoting relaxation or nurturing your postpartum journey. Our priority is your comfort, and we strive to create an inclusive, warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
Coastal Remedial Massage currently operates out of a home clinic in Lilli Pilli for Remedial and Relaxation massage treatments, and we offer a mobile service for our postpartum treatments. We understand that time is precious for a new mum, and often travel can be challenging. Please know, your house does not need to be immaculate, your baby does not need to be quiet, we will hold space for however you’re feeling and adapt our treatment to suit.
Lilli is a qualified remedial & postpartum massage therapist, yoga teacher and ocean enthusiast, living and loving life on this beautiful coast we call home.
